The Dallas Buyer Club

The Dallas Buyers Club is an upcoming drama film directed by Jean-Marc Valle and starring  Mathew McConaughey, Jared Leto and Jennifer Garner.

The film is based on the true-life story of Ron Woodroof  Is diagnosed with AIDS and given six months to live. Frustrated with the lack of available medical options and unwilling to accept a death sentence, find woodroof a lifeline using alternative medicines and creates a lucrative smuggling business that makes drugs available to AIDS patients. With the help of his doctor, Eva Saks and a fellow patient, Rayon, Ron inadvertently created the Dallas Buyers Club, the first of dozens that  form in the whole country,  members paying with these alternative treatments. The clubs are growing in numbers and customers, were brought to the attention of the FDA and pharmaceutical companies that an all out war against Ron  follows Ron Woodroof personal struggle to survive his death on 12 September 1992, six years after he was diagnosed with the HIV virus.
